We are a thermoplastic injection molding firm offering custom injection molding services for the manufacture of plastic products used in a broad range of industries, including medical, aerospace, sporting goods, and lighting. Our facility is equipped with eight presses, which range in tonnage from 30 tons to 400 tons of clamp force and have shot capacities ranging from 1.5 oz to 63 oz.

All phases of the plastic injection process can be performed by us, right from part evaluation and tool design to production of plastic parts. We help our clients with material selection, and can develop a product from rough sketches. Another specialized service we offer is rapid prototyping of sample parts by using Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM).

With our custom injection molding capabilities, we can produce parts that range in size from 10 grams to 2 pounds in weight and up to 150 square inches in surface area. Small volume production runs as low as 100 parts can be handled too. Our molding services are offered in a wide variety of engineering and commodity materials, including ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), Nylon (Polyamide), PC (Polycarbonate), and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride).

As part of our plastic injection molding services, we provide insert molding and over molding services as well. Furthermore, we offer molding services for parts made from high strength composites that can be used to replace metal components. Ultrasonic welding, heat staking, pad printing, thread tapping, and assembling are some value added services that we provide.
